* Respite care (2–4 hour visits)
* 1:1 Companionship & safety check-ins
* Errands, grocery shopping, appointment accompaniment
* Help navigating healthcare and government systems (CPP, OAS, GAINS, OW, ODSP, LTC applications etc.)
* Advocacy and coaching for caregivers
